OUR MATERIAL SELECTION…

Whatever your project requires, we can ensure all products and materials are compatible and selected to meet your requirements. Our workforce are trained and qualified in all aspects and every system will be tested and certified to the relevant standard.

COPPER

Used in any medical, specialist and industrial installations that requires a purity level up to 99.999% (N5). This will be jointed by brazing or compression fittings.

STAINLESS STEEL

Used where certain gases are not compatible with other metals, such as copper or where a purity greater than 99.999% (N5) is required. This can be jointed using twin nut and ferrule type fittings or fully welded (TIG or orbital).

ALUMINIUM

Predominantly used for compressed air distribution systems, this material is jointed together using push fittings.

PLASTIC

Typically ABS pipework is used for pressure systems due to the greater wall thickness, and uPVC pipework for low pressure or suction systems.
